A team of architects, agronomists, engineers and builders designing a new kind of village — small, self-sufficient, shared, non-profit by design.
Where we are today
Pre-construction. The site has been selected on a flat mountaintop plateau above Yeşiller in the Balıkesir highlands of Turkey. The master plan is in progress. We publish our thinking openly as we move toward groundbreaking.
Our mission
Prove that a beautiful, low-impact, technologically advanced community can be built today — and replicated elsewhere. No one takes profit from the village. LAND is a renewable 5-year right of use. Every euro flows into an on-chain treasury that funds the village.
