Vision · Balıkesir
The vision.
A living blueprint for the post-carbon era. A real village on a flat mountaintop plateau above Yeşiller, in the Balıkesir highlands of Turkey. Regenerative agriculture, frontier energy, drone-served logistics, an in-mountain shelter, and decentralized ownership — in one place.
Clean energy by default
Plateau-wind turbines, solar canopies, and a community microgrid. Full off-grid autonomy. No diesel backup.
Food sovereignty
Terraced organic farms, year-round greenhouses, and a community seed library shared with partner villages.
Drones and robotics
Autonomous drones and ground robots handle last-mile delivery, inspection and emergency response on a site that's hard to reach by truck.
Shelter in the mountain
An underground shelter for residents — built for seismic events, severe weather and civil emergencies, with redundant power, water and comms.
Communal life
Seed library, maker workshop, studios, a remote-work hub, and a shared dining hall. Designed for daily life, not just retreats.
An open lab
A residency program for scientists, makers and artists working on planetary-scale problems.
Owned by its people
Non-profit by design, treasury on-chain. LAND is a renewable 5-year right of use, and holders vote on what gets built, planted and researched — fully on-chain.
